Despite this, he is the least skilled of all the Overseers, and would spend spend most of his time torturing his slaves or lazily relaxing in inactivity, only ever taking actions that serve to entertain him.
In the eyes of the other Overseers, he is seen as a lazy slacker, with the only exception of Overseer <7> who deeply respects him despite of it all.
Overseer <1>'s loyalty lies upon himself, believing that the Nightlands and him are the same and one, and therefore he has the right to enjoy all the pleasures the state can provide.
