The Elect Cosmopolitan States, or ECS, was an alliance on Taurus to oppose the SMG Hegemony, and later the Dual Hegemonies Alliance as well. It, along with the Havenian Hegemony, declared a state of cold war called the SMG Vendetta against the Sumonhox, and took part in the Red War. Haven later turned its back to the ECS to aid SMG in a plan to end the SMG Vendetta forcefully.
