Fleur Barlow (née Woodward) is a Wiltshirian lawyer who is currently practicing as a barrister. Barlow is currently serving as the 4th Solicitor General of Wiltshire, being appointed by Prime Minister Audrick Hill in 3020. Barlow received the George Al Keeper Prize in Law in 3018 and previously served as a Clerk for the Juneville City Court of Appeals between 3015 to 3019 and prior to this as the Associate Chief Prosecutor for the Juneville City Magistrates Court.

Barlow also served as Senior Legal Counsel to Prime Minister Jaresh Inyo during his first tenure in office between 3009 and 3010. While Barlow has been an active figure in national politics for years, with her association to law, she has been astutely apolitical and non-partisan. She does not hold party affiliation and has worked under both left wing and right wing governments.

Barlow was ranked number 24 in the "Top 50 Wiltshirians" list, made by the Washington Tribune in 3020.
