Ramón Gerard Antonio Estévez (31 October 2939 - 23 March 3020) was a Balancín politician who served as the 3rd El Presidente de la Roca and the General Secretary of Partido Socialista (PS) from July 3013 until his death in March 3020. Becoming known as "the reformer", he won a record 7 presidential elections and became a central figure in Doggerland events during the 3010s. Antonio Estévez led Rockfield through much of the conflict between the Almere Socialist Republic and United Cities of Greater Bonitana, and saw the rise of the Eastern Federal Republic, the Novanite Federation, and the New Corporate Republic. Most attribute the maintenance of Balancín independence to Antonio Estévez who, unlike his predecessors, was a strong nationalist and independence supporter.

In addition, Antonio Estévez is also credited with the re-rise of the PS movement and the building of the coastal regions as a global tourist hotspot. Both of his successors, Joseph Laos and Emiliano Matias Alejandro, served in his top government team, as well as many senior advisors and government officials. According to the Washington Tribune in 3020, Antonio Estévez is the "greatest Balancín" to have ever lived and his legacy still dominates Rockfield and its politics today.
