Pontifex Konstantin IX

His Holiness Pontifex Konstantin IX was elected to the throne by the 17th Conclave in a surprisingly short eight days on November 17th, 3020. Vychaslav Reshevsky by birth, His Holiness served as an Auxilliary Bishop in Ecclesia before being appointed Secretary of State by Pontifex Vasiliev III, a position he carried through under Pontifex Rokossovsky until his death November 2nd, 3020.

As Secretary of State, Reshevsky was most well known for his part in signing the treaty on behalf of Pontifex Rokossovsky to end the NCR-Ecclesian conflict, as well as leading the Ecclesian delegation in Novenae bringing the country into the Republik.
