Vychaslav Reshevsky

His Eminence Vychaslav Reshevsky, aged 52, is the Ecclesian Secretary of State. Reshevsky was appointed by the previous Pontifex, Vasiliev III. Having been called the thrid most powerful person in Ecclesia, the Secretary of State is often resposible for maintaing relations with other countries. Vychaslav Reshevsky is most well known for his part in signing the treaty on behalf of Pontifex Rokossovsky to end the NCR-Ecclesian War, as well as leading the Ecclesian delegation in Novenae bringing the country into the Republik.
