WNS Prince is the first ship of the Class-A Prince Class air-defence guided missile destroyers built for the Wiltshire Naval Force. She was constructed at Eddington Naval Base and launched on March 30, 3020 where she is expected to begin sea trials alongside Lancastrian Federation Royal Navy ships. She is expected to be formally commissioned on March 31, 3020.
Construction
Her construction was a relatively simple and straightforward one. As the first ship to ever be constructed at Eddington Base, she had the availability and access to the entire bases resources. This allowed for a speedy construction. This is unlikely to be the case for her successor ships, the WNS Fox and the WNS Mitchell as they are expected to be constructed alongside each other.
Her first steel was cut on March 20, 3020.
