Tauto Noqua Azupo is the Head Adminral of the Vindictus Ove, the naval branch of the Oscdean States. He is responsible for overseeing and orchestrating the actions of the branch, oftening leading the Vindictus Ove on strike missions, field support, and scouting explorations.
