The Novenae Civil War, also known as the Resistance War against Corporate Oppression by anti-corporates, is an ongoing internal conflict between the corporatist government of Novenae headed by HR, against democratic, anti-corporate and socialist revolutionaries, organised into the Novenae's People for Liberation (NPL) and the Bonitanan People's Liberation Army (BPLA).

The bulk of Novenae's military forces are either the Novenae Defense Force or the legislative corporation's own militaries, along with foreign intervention by the Alphian Federation. The NPL and BPLA are guerilla groups that function as the organizing bodies for the anti-corporate militia, which is composed of many revolutionaries holding different political views with aligned interests in the context of the civil war.

The Ocanam Rangers provided direct support to the revolutionary side on November 24th with the deployment of troops on the ground alongside aerial support. The United Cities of Greater Bonitana (U.C.G.B) under President Mark De Vries has also provided support to the revolutionaries by granting them military access and providing them with means of transport to the combat zone. Both the U.C.G.B and the Almere Socialist Republic have similar ideological views as the revolutionaries and have announced their sympathies with the groups.
