The Novenae Defense Force (NDF) is the military arm of the city-state of Novenae, tasked with defending the city and its' people. It is divided into the Ground, Aerospace, Naval, and Home divisions, with the Prime Minister serving as the Commander-in-chief.

The various terrorist attacks and riots in Novenae have prompted a large expansion of the military. Due to its' small size, Novenae relies heavily on force multipliers especially in regards to military technology. Novenae's Research & Engineering Bureau is one of the largest offices within the Ministry of Defense, and is responsible for the output of defense technology.

Organization

Director HR was given the task of assembling a military force from scratch. His main areas of interest were strong defense capabilities, military and civilian readiness for conflict, and a cohesive armed forces that could act almost as one unit.
