The city of Wiltshire was founded several hundred years ago by the migrants from the old Federation and, originally, planned for the city's government to reflect that Federation. However, as the years went on, the city started to become under the influence of the surrounding Lords, who all served King Henry III. On Henry III's deathbed, he signed a royal decree. Stating 'The domain of Wiltshire shall, from this day, be a Kingdom of this crown, until the end of days'. His eldest son, Arthur, became King Arthur V and invaded the city.
