Ivan Kovalev, born 2987, is a Pontifical Church priest and the current Senior Personal Secretary to Pontifex Konstantin IX as of 3022.
Biography
Ivan Kovalev was born in 2987 in Ekklesiovsk, Pontifical States. He joined the Pontifical States Armed Forces at age 18, beginning a career as an intelligence officer. This position led him to a commission in the lay service for the Congregation for Religious Freedom and Tolerance.
Following the death in January 3022 of Konstantin IX's former personal secretary Viktor Novikov in the Battle For Ekklesiovsk, Kovalev was selected for the position and ordained to the post where he has served since.
