HR is a Novanite politician and former combat medic who is the Ganden Tripa of the Ganden School, previously serving as the Governor-General of Novenae. HR is often credited as the founding father of Novenae.

HR was born in a prison in Tibet^[1], serving the remainder of a sentence that was carried over to him from his mother who died during childbirth.
