HR

H.R is the 1st Prime Minister of Novenae. During his political career, HR sought to balance power between the corporations and the citizens. He converted Novenae from a mayor-council into a sovereign city state under the framework of a parliamentary republic.

HR was heavily involved in the administration of Novenae, and also commanded the Novenae Defense Force during the Novenae Civil War, a series of violent extremist riots wanting to overthrow the corporations. Various health problems slowed his political career down, such as when he was involved in a motor vehicle accident.

In December of 3018, HR approved the unification of Novenae and Scion into the Northern Novanite Federation.

Early Life

HR has not directly stated his country of origin nor his backstory. Instead, he has offered 4 different versions, claiming only one to be true.  

All 4 versions are documented below:  

a) HR was born in one of the Tibetan warring kingdoms, of Nepali descent. He was drafted into the army in his teen years due to rising tensions with the neighboring kingdoms of his village. While successfully managing to fight off his opponents- he returned home to find his village burned to the ground and his parents presumed dead. He spent the rest of his life travelling alone, avoiding familial relationships and seeking the betterment of Terra.  

b) HR was born in Singapore, and is of Filipino-Chinese descent. The son of a rich businessman, he had a strong interest in medicine during his childhood. After entering and completing medical school, he became disappointed with the high costs of healthcare. Little support was given to those less fortunate by the Singaporean government, so he started his own black market clinic that offered medical services at a discounted price. The Singaporean police discovered this operation only a few months after its' opening, and HR fled to Europe to avoid jail time.  

c) HR is of Nepali descent, born into a peasant family in the mountains. His childhood was unremarkable, despite his family being vehemently Buddhist, possibly one of the reasons for their poverty. HR apostatized at age 18 and worked as a janitor in Kathmandu, reading books on law in his offtime. He was falsely accused of using his access to the facilities to steal valuables. To avoid prosecution, HR fled the country, hitchhiking his way to Europe.  

d) HR is a shape shifting lizard-person from outer space.  

Due to HR's unwillingness to provide his full name, and a lack of proper records due to instability in Asia, his true origin cannot be verified.  

Health

During HR's tenure as Prime Minister, he has been involved in multiple accidents. This has posed as a severe obstacle to his career.

During a car accident he lost the use of both of his legs and his left arm. This has been supplemented by the insertion of an prosthetics which allow him to regain some control of his body. An incident in which he attempted neurosurgery on himself may have caused slight brain damage. This has caused a number of minor behavioural issues such as a decreased tolerance for stress, the propensity to faint often, and synesthesia.
