H.R is a Nepalese-Tibetan ex-Buddhist monk, surgeon, and politician currently serving as the 1st Prime Minister of Novenae. Hailing from a small village in Tibet, HR spent most of his childhood as a practicing Buddhist, before eventually apostatizing and becoming and graduating with a specialty in trauma medicine. H.R published several papers on the scientific potential of biomimetics, he was deported from Nepal for illegally implanting bionic limbs without a valid license, and moved to Singapore hoping to find new work.
