H.R. is a Nepalese-Tibetan ex-Buddhist monk currently serving as the 1st Prime Minister of Novenae.
Early Life
Not much is known of H.R.'s early life, apart from what he reveals to the press and scattered records that are, so far, unconfirmed. HR has revealed he was born in the barn of a farm in Tibet, not far from the Tibetan village where he would spend most of his childhood.
