H.R. is a Nepalese-Tibetan ex-Buddhist monk currently serving as the 1st Prime Minister of Novenae.

Early Life

Not much is known of H.R.'s early life, apart from what he reveals to the press and scattered records that are, so far, unconfirmed. H.R. has revealed he was born in the barn of a farm in Tibet, not far from the Tibetan village where he spent most of his childhood.

From a young age, H.R. spent most of his time tinkering with machines. He had a love of science, especially biology, and was obsessed with the idea of Biomimetics, or the science of mimicking biology through technology.

As per the standard with many Tibetan men, H.R. spent time as a Buddhist monk, serving at his local temple for a year. Certain aspects of the lifestyle "grew on him" and he would go on to keep his signature garb, as well as many other mannerisms that denote him from other politicians.

At 18, he moved to Nepal in search of more career opportunities. He would never see Tibet again.

H.R.'s favorite bands include Nirvana and the Melvins.
