H.R. is a Nepalese-Tibetan ex-Buddhist monk currently serving as the 1st Prime Minister of Novenae.
Early Life
Not much is known of H.R.'s early life, apart from what he reveals to the press and scattered records that are, so far, unconfirmed. H.R. has revealed that he was born to a Tibetan father and Nepalese mother. H.R.'s life began in a barn, in the remote Tibetan village where he would spend most of his childhood. Many of his days included religious studies and manual labor.
