H.R.'s early life was spent in a small village in Tibet, isolated from the rest of the world. His life consisted mostly of manual labor, as well as learning the Buddhist values at school that he would carry into his position as Prime Minister.  
Not much is known of H.R.'s early life, apart from what he reveals to the press and scattered records that are presumed to be him. H.R. has revealed that he was born to a Tibetan father and Nepalese mother. H.R.'s life began in a barn, in the remote Tibetan village where he would spend most of his childhood. Many of his days included religious studies and manual labor.


H.R.'s first big city experience came when he was allowed to accompany his father on a business trip to Seoul's business district on the Korean peninsula. Seeing the "clean, organized yet intricate" nature of the Korean metropolitan area amazed him at a young age.  
As per the standard with many Tibetan men, H.R. spent time as a Buddhist monk, serving at his local temple for a year. Certain aspects of the lifestyle "grew on him" and he would go on to keep his signature garb, as well as many other mannerisms that denote him from other politicians.  


At 18, H.R. left his home village and took a flight to Singapore, pleased with how stable the region had been despite the conflict plaguing most of East Asia. There, he studied Biomedical Engineering and discovered the potential of Biomimetics- or imitating nature using machinery. He became engrossed in several jobs involving biomimetics, honing his craft throughout Singapore and Malaysia. He later set his sights on Europe, at age 25.  
At 18, he moved to Tibet and studied at the B.P. Koirala Institute of Health Sciences. Changing majors, he went into Business Administration shortly after.
 
H.R. moved to New-Amsterdam, becoming the Hospital Administrator for OLVG, one of the oldest and most developed hospitals in the city. Shortly after, through methods unknown, he moved to the Doggerlands and became the Prime Minister of Novenae.
