H.R. is a Nepalese-Tibetan ex-Buddhist monk currently serving as the 1st Prime Minister of Novenae.
Early Life
H.R.'s early life was spent in a small village in Tibet, isolated from the rest of the world. His life consisted mostly of manual labor, as well as learning the Buddhist values at school that he would carry into his position as Prime Minister.
H.R.'s first big city experience came when he was allowed to accompany his father on a business trip to Seoul's business district on the Korean peninsula. Seeing the "clean, organized yet intricate" nature of the Korean metropolitan area amazed him at a young age.
At 18, H.R. left his home village and took a flight to Singapore, pleased with how stable and prosperous the region had been despite conflict and political unrest in much of Asia.
