H.R. is a Nepalese-Tibetan former Buddhist monk currently serving as the 1st Prime Minister of Novenae.

Early Life

H.R.'s early life was spent in a small village in Tibet, isolated from the rest of the world. His life consisted mostly of manual labor, as well as learning Buddhist at school that he would carry into his position as Prime Minister.

H.R.'s first big city experience came when he was allowed to accompany his father on a business trip to Tokyo's business district in Japan. Seeing the "clean, organized yet intricate" nature of the Japanese metropolitan area amazed him at a young age.

At 18, H.R. left his home village and took a flight to Singapore, pleased with how stable and prosperous the region had been despite conflict and political unrest in much of Asia. He worked as an urban planner and civil engineer for the city-state, before setting his sights on Europe. H.R. moved to Amsterdam shortly after, where he would live until the construction of Novenae.
