Overseer <2> is the governor of the Nightland's civilian industry, and is one of the few Nightlings that retained some level of morality. He is capable of being well-spoken and dignified, but he often reveals his rotten personality to those he looks down upon, and there are very few he truly respects, even among the Overseers. | |||
