The Nightlands is an isolationalistic state ruled by former humans and aliens now transformed into Nightlings. The entire state is ruled by an authoritarian and harsh government. Anyone who commits a crime, whether minor or major, is subject to unimaginable horrifying torture that works well enough to put them in line. Its inhabitants are mostly human and sometimes alien slaves, with the Nightlings at any time may transform a large portion into more of their kind through a special ritual. The majority of the population (99%) are all human or alien slaves, most of which were born in the state and will spend their entire miserable lives being used for forceful breeding and working in the mines and factories. But those that are lucky will be recruited into the military, where their sense of fear and pain will be removed. | |||
A common ideology is held among the slightly more freer Nightling population. They believe that efficiency and results should be put above righteousness and emotion.
