Mitchell Alexandrovich Crawley (born 26 December 2952), is a Wiltshirian and Minevgradian corporate employee and business person turned politician who served as Leader of the Stability Party of Wiltshire between 3020 and 3022 and as Prime Minister of Wiltshire between the September 3021 general election and the September 3022 election. Formerly employed as a member of the BlackCon Labs Corporation EDU-program, Crawley became famous for his pro-corporate governmental policies which defined his time in power. The ideology "Crawleyism", based in his name, has since become a dominant political ideology in Wiltshire, having spread beyond to other democratic states in Doggerland in the face of financial crisis.

Before becoming Prime Minister, Crawley held the political offices of Deputy Prime Minister of Wiltshire under Prime Ministers Sonya Inyo and Jake Simpson, as well as Minister for the War Office. In this capacity, Crawley was responsible for Wiltshire's participation in the Doggerland War of 3021, notably including the Invasion of Lorikeet and the Battle of Bonitana.

During his time as Prime Minister, Crawley won two general elections for the Stability Party, building a coalition with the Lorikeet-based Kaitiaki Ropu party. Among his acomplishments in power is the integration of Lorikeet and Rockfield into a new Wiltshire Fifth Republic, the privatization of WiltTram and other government-owned public services, the successful reduction of Wiltshire's public debt to record lows, the reform of Wiltshire's electoral system to be more stable in the face of divided elections, the signing of the Doggerland Covelance Mechanism (DMC) and the incorporation of corporate sectors into the Wiltshire Republic. Crawley's ideology has been controversial within Wiltshire. However, he will likely go down as among the most successful in Wiltshirian political history.

In June 3022, Crawley announced his retirement from politics. In the subsequent leadership election, Mario Giordano was elected the Leader of the Stability Party and the party's candidate for Prime Minister in the September 3022 election. Crawley left office after the election and the subsequent formation of a government.
