Uterna is a planet located within the Ustaru Vastra Cluster. It was discovered by the Oscdean State around 2999 and currently resides as its main capital.

Discovery

The location of the Uterna planet was located after a strip of ring gas revealed its solar system, prompting the Oscdean colony on Orcana to send a expedition fleet to the planets surface, taking a 2 week unaligned journey to the system.

Within the expedition fleet, two Norus Class frigates: the Retaru I and the Ytrisa I were dispatched to the planets surface while the cruiser Hetarvn Opbru I remained in orbit to analyze the planets geographical features. After the disappearance of an exploration squad, the Hetarvn Opbru I descended into the planet to act as a FOB base while a Battlecruiser and a few more frigates came to the planet to take over the Oprbu’s former tasks.

Since then, the Oscdean State has begun to transfer colonial fleets from Orcana to the planet in an effort of making it a their main hub. Currently there are dozen of colonies scattered across the planet, with the main capital city being Inbur Ring.

Surface

Uterna is a cool lush-temperate planet that contains a variety of wildlife, mostly Avian. Most regions on the planet are covered in snow, with a thin equator region that contains most of the planets grassland and taiga biomes. Large bodies of water and rivers also dominate the planets surface.

Reports from expeditions squads also noted of ancient irregular structures, debate weather or not this planet was once inhabited by an intelligent species is still ongoing.
