Prime Minister David Loynd formed the Second Loynd Ministry on May 5, 3015 as a Conservative minority government following the party's inability to win a parliamentary majority in the May 3015 Election. Loynd was able to maintain his position as Prime Minister following the election, however, was now under heavy pressure from the right wing of his party. As he had no majority to fall back on, his position was far less secure for the 4 months in which this government existed.
This government was not popular throughout the country. Keir Krussinich would continue to be a strong and loud advocate for socialist change and would gain in popularity over the 4 months of this government. Further more, this government was plagued by a slowing economic climate which resulted in a slight rise of inflation which would, ultimately, lead to the 3015 Wiltshire Economic Crisis.
