The Labour Party is a centre-left political party in Wiltshire that is self-described as an alliance of social democrats, democratic socialists and trade unionists. The party was founded by Rita Smith during the 3019 Wiltshire Political Crisis and has continued under the leadership of her two successors; Ioannis Kruger, then Henry Campbell-Trenneman. The Labour Party in opposition, under Director/Prime Ministers Fillmore Grey and Jim Balfour was reformed to become a, mostly, pro-Novanite Federation political party. However, following the September Mutiny of 3019, the party changed its position but did state that they were in favour of a third and final referendum on Wiltshire's membership to settle the issue for good.
