Tauto Noqua Azupo was born and raised in the Oscdean capital. Like any other Oscdeans born in the capital, Azupo‘s young life received full military education and servitude, and eventually started his career as a Aeronautical Engineer.
Follwing his uncle, Mayum Azupo,
