The Prime Minister of Wiltshire (informally abbreviated to PM) was the head of the government of Wiltshire during the First, Second and Third Wiltshire Republics, between 3009 and 3019. The office was last occupied by Labour Prime Minister Henry Campbell-Trenneman who led the last Government of the Third Republic, before the New Corporate Republic invasion in December 3019.

The office of Prime Minister was established in 3009 when the cities of Wiltshire and Walkerton unified into the Federal Republic. Jaresh Inyo served as the first, interim, Prime Minister until the first general election in September 3009. The office has both executive and legislative powers. Traditionally, the Prime Minister is the leader of the political party that can command a majority of the Wiltshire Assembly.

In March 3019, the Federal Republic was dissolved in favour of the Provincial style of the Novanite Federation. This resulted in the Office of Prime Minister being replaced with the Office of the Director of the Wiltshire. However, this changed back to Prime Minister when Wiltshire declared its independence from the Novanite Federation in the September Mutiny.

The Prime Minister has large, wide reaching, powers over the legislation of the nation. In addition, the Prime Minister can appoint and dismiss members of the Cabinet at their own will. However, the Prime Minister must report to the House of Commons and can be removed at any moment if they lose the confidence of the House of Commons.

In order to be appointed Prime Minister, the leader of the political party must win a confidence vote in the House of Commons. This vote occurs at the start of each session of Parliament, and can be called by the Leader of the Opposition at any time. Once the candidate has won the confidence of the House of Commons, the Governor-General formally appoints them as Prime Minister to form a government and they take the oath of office in the Commons chamber.

In the event the leader loses the confidence vote (either at the start of during their term), the House of Commons is given 5 days to resolve the dispute and nominate a Prime Minister to form a government. If they cannot, Parliament is dissolved in preparation for a General Election. During the meantime, the incumbent Government remains in place, as a caretaker administration.
