The Director of the Province of Wiltshire is the head of the government of the Province of Wiltshire. The incumbent Director is Conservative Samantha Schrӧder, who has been in office since 11 February 3019.

Jaresh Inyo served as the first, interim, Prime Minister until the first general election in October 3008. The office has both executive and legislative powers.
