Elected in early 3018 as Arunam Obveron to represent the Oscdean States for their arrival in Terra, the NFR since then has orchestrated the rise of the Oscdean cities in western Doggerland and became a voice for the Tauruan nations who came and settled on Doggerland.

Since his early childhood, he spent a fair amount of time in the Frontlands helping with the construction of numerous facilities there rather than serving in the Terram Auca, since Oscdean Military control and culture there were faint.
