Overseer <1> led the Nightling rebellion against Chromotech, and is known as the founder of the Nightlands and the first Overseer. Despite this, he is the least skilled of all the Overseers, and would spend spend most of his time torturing his slaves or lazily relaxing in inactivity, only ever taking actions that serve to entertain him.

In the eyes of the other Overseers, he is seen as a lazy slacker, with the only exception of Overseer <7> who deeply respects him despite it all.

Overseer <1>'s loyalty lies upon himself, believing that the Nightlands and him are the same and one, he therefore has the right to enjoy all the pleasures the state can provide.

He avoids wearing his helmet despite always being clad in armor, as he finds it claustrophobic.
