Following the retreat from Taurus, the construction of these new battleships were initiated in order to ensure a strict planetary defense on Orcana in the fear of a Sovakian fleet.

During the 220th year Anniversary of Nordum Tu Vindoctra, the Zaudai Class made her first appearance to the public on terra, partaking in a ceremonial precession.

Overview and Development

The Zaudai Class are among some of the oldest warships in Oscdean service, with it's main armament consisting of 19 of the notorious HUII heavy antimatter rail-guns, along with naval capital shield boosters and secondary combat batteries to combat against enemy capital ships, and even hold down entire small fleets by itself.

Being the largest of its kind, the two existing Zaudais, the Ferraun Itazu I and the Eterra Itazu I are responsible for each leading the Paruna Fleet and the Truvas Fleet defense cell fleets on Oracna. A third existing Zaudai, the Letaru Itazu III commissioned by the Unisah Corporation and the International Defense Organization, leads the alliances main battle fleet.
