Overseer <4> is the leader of the Enforcers. Keeping the peace in the Nightlands and intervening when any of the Overseers overstep their boundaries. He retained his human morality, as he is aware and remorseful of the cruelty of his actions, yet this never seems to stop his violent and extreme punishments against those he judges disloyal.

The other Overseers mind little about him. As long as everyone follows the rules, none ever have to worry about Overseer <4>.

His loyalty to the Nightlands is due to his devotion to his purpose. If he can no longer enforce peace in the state, he will look elsewhere.

He uses a shambling exoskeleton made of scrap metal and whatever material he could get his hands on. It has four mechanical arms erupting from its back, which he appears to be able to move as easily as his own limbs.

-Also known as "The Peacekeeper." He is known for his frequent visits and regular observations towards the other Overseers. He does not fear challenging his peers to guarantee their loyalty and discipline, which often leaves him disliked by most Overseers. He has an extreme obsession for stability, and will not leave even the slightest mistake unpunished.
