Also known as "The Benevolent." He is known for his strong self control, and compassionate attitude to those that benefit the Nightlands. Being the Overseer with the greatest tolerance for humanity, he does not shy from interacting and forming social relationships with them, allowing him to serve as a balancer to the other Overseers' sadistic or apathetic treatment of non-Nightlings.
Overseer <2> is the governor of the Nightland's civilian industry, and is one of the few Nightlings that retained some level of morality. He is capable of being well-spoken and dignified, but he often reveals his rotten personality to those he looks down upon.
 
In the eyes of the other Overseers he is seen as nothing more than a coward, especially <6> who perceives him as a hindrance to the state. His mercy towards his human slaves and Nightling subordinates, and his diplomatic mindset only further lowered the other Overseers' confidence in him.
 
He served the Nightlands due to his obligation as a Nightling. But as he remembers more about his past as a human being, his sureness of the Nightling cause is beginning to waver.
 
He wears an old worn out business suit that he kept since the days Chromotech still existed.
