Edward Patrick Westbrooke II (born April 19, 2921) is a business magnet, entrepreneur, investor and philanthropist who is currently the CEO of Westbrooke Inc. and is estimated to be the richest man in Wiltshire, and among the richest men in the world with an estimated personal net worth of 32.4 billion marks. Westbrooke founded the telecommunications corporation in his name back in 2983 and has since seen it grow to be among the largest telecommunications corporations in the world, being the single largest in Wiltshire and other states in the Doggerland.
