U.S.S. Franklin A. Morris (NCC-1071) is a Constitution Class starship currently under construction by the Novanite Federation (FAF) at Utopia Planitia Shipyards. The Franklin A. Morris was laid down on April 2, 3019. She will be the second Constitution Class starship in the Novanite Starfleet, after the U.S.S. Enterprise, and is named after the Novanite Federation's first President, Franklin Morris. The starship is expected to be under construction for a month, being commissioned in early June, 3019.
