''All Saints'' is a storyline that has been ongoing since 2020 and is expected to interconnect multiple plot-threads that have been happening since [[Series Two]]. [[Of Gods & Aliens|''Of Gods & Aliens'']], [[World Enough & Time|''World Enough & Time'']], ''[[Curve]]'', and [[The Prime Directive|''The Prime Directive'']] are both preludes to Series Three, though are not required reading. Following the stranded Star Fleet crew as they investigate several murders along an odd path across the Doggerlands, ''All Saints'' is said to reveal "Wiltshire's darkest secret".

| Grand_Tarkin has returned as head writer. Pre-production started on 25 February 2024 with the conclusion of ''World Enough & Time''. It was announced in December 2024 that there would be no writer's room and that Grand_Tarkin would pen the entire series - a break from the problem-ridden production style of [[Series Two]]. There will be five primary episodes, with an additional one-part prologue and epilogue.
