The New Social Contract Congress (NSCC), often referred to simply as "Congress", is a political party founded by David-Eli Attlee in the aftermath of the 3024 Wiltshire general election. Officially a successor to the Socialist Party, Congress was founded as a broad-church party to support the Attlee government's policies surrounding the new social contract. The party is broadly seen as centre to centre-left but has factions that range from left-wing to centre-right. Congress is officially the party of government under Prime Minister David-Eli Attlee.

Following its formation, Congress received a majority of the Socialist Assembly caucus. The non-Congress Socialists grouped together to become the Resistance Socialists to oppose the government on the basis of being too friendly towards corporations. Congress also received Assemblymen from the Ecologists & Greens and Kaitiaki Ropu.
Leadership
The leader of Congress is Prime Minister David-Eli Attlee, who was elected party Chairman during the First Congress for a New Social Contract. The deputy leadership is held by Keomi Ono, the Federal Minister for the Family, Health, and Social Affairs.
