The Novenae Defense Force (NDF) is the military arm of the city-state of Novenae, tasked with defending the city and its' people.  

Director (then Prime Minister) HR was given the task of assembling a military force from scratch. His main areas of interest were strong defense capabilities, military and civilian readiness for conflict, and a well-coordinated military force.
