''Novenae Ground Division'' - Composed mainly of footsoldiers, artillery, and specialist units. Over 70% of Novenae's land is highly urbanized, as such their training is mainly focused on close-quarters urban combat.
''Gurkha Contingent'' - Historically Gurkha units in the military consist of immigrant Nepalese men serving a foreign military, though the ''Gurkha Contingent'' of the NDF also accepts Novenae-born soldiers who pass the training program.
Training takes place in an undisclosed area in South Asia, overseen by personnel from Novenae. The program is a mix of intense physical conditioning as well as combat training in a variety of situations, including hostage rescue, counterterrorism, and amphibious assault. It is estimated a Gurkha will have memorized 40 different ways to kill a man by the end of their training, assuming they haven't dropped out.
