The Kohl Caretaker Ministry was formed on November 6, 3019, by the Wiltshire Assembly to serve as the primary administrative body for Wiltshire following the dissolution of the Balfour Ministry after the September Mutiny. The Assembly made the decision that Governor-General Ludwig Kohl should lead the temporary government until an election can be held on November 26. Following that election, the caretaker ministry dissolved and the Campbell-Trenneman Government (Wiltshire) formed.
This government has unanimous support from the remaining members of the Assembly and will likely work towards infrastructure re-construction and avoid political matters until a democratic government can be formed. All three major political candidates for Prime Minister have announced support for Kohl's government (Audrick Hill, Bernard Canterbury and Henry Campbell-Trenneman).
