			Troika 02 houses the administrative function of the Chisel Enterprises Megacorporation, and is seen as the primary tower of the complex, despite being almost visually identical to the others from the outside. The lobby of this building is the most impressive, being over thirty meters tall and including a reflecting pool, several sitting areas, and exhibits on several famous Chisel Enterprises creations. The lobby is open to the public, but requires a security screening to enter. The rest of the building is closed.

			The Troika is one of several corporate buildings in Cyrene authorized to employ the use of defensive surface to air missile launchers. In addition, the building is also very resistant to exterior damage due to the large use of Bonitañan glass in its construction, an intentional design choice which has been replicated by numerous other corporations in Cyrene for security reasons. The complex makes use of Rapiscan security equipment to screen entrants.

A large concrete base had to be poured, as the bank along the bay of Cyrene was deemed to be too soft for the weight of the three buildings, which are primarily made out of the incredibly heavy Bonitañan Glass. These buildings were the first major constructs to be made out of this building material, with 97% of the exterior building material being Bonitañan Glass~~.
