Upon formation the company began ~~immediatly~~ refurbishing the old RLI network and upgraded tracks and signalling and began planning new ~~peices~~ of rolling stock to replace old RLI stock ~~aswell~~ as refurbishing some engines deemed safe if overhauled. 			However; the internal squabble over expansive routes began to point out the instabilities within the company and the fact that Crosslink was developing new equipment at massive expense for lack of any necessary research. Thus Superlink had announced a split and Crosslink was regulated back into RLI witholdings managed by the city of Atlas; however the affiliations between Superlink and RLI remain.
