War}}'''S'chn T'gai Qasr '''(born 23 March 2856) was a distinguished [[Vulcan]] diplomat, scientist, and politician to served as the [[Coalition of Federation Planets|second Federation President]] from 3005 until 3011. Qasr is widely considered one of the greatest minds of the 31st century. Before, during, and after his presidency, Qasr revolutionized the face of the Coalition's position in the galaxy. He has been personally accredited with the admission of four planets into the Coalition, including Andoria and Efros. During his presidency, he worked to distance the Coalition from the stains of the former [[United Federation of Planets]] and helped drive the Coalition Starfleet's humanitarian work over its military expansionism.

Qasr is a graduate of the Vulcan Science Academy (2877) and much of his early life was spent working on improving the [[Warp Drive]] propulsion system. Qasr is also a loud proponent of Vulcan-Romulan reunification and he spent many resources during his presidency giving refuge to Romulan refugees. He currently holds the ranking position within the Coalition's Refugee Housing and Assistance Program.
