He joined the MC after dropping out of Leipzig University in 3005. In 3007, he was arrested for a count of grand theft auto for a year, along with two other members. While in jail, Ludwig was informed of his mother's passing of a heroin overdose. This upset him, but he wasn't surprised, since he tried getting her into rehab and told her to stop, which she ignored.

After a few months of being out of jail, Die Verloren MC started to break up, when members started to turn against each other. He decided to leave the club and head out to [[Doggerland]] to live a different life.
