Founded as a policy subgroup of the [[CDR Union|CD/R Union]], the central committee gained independence when Ray Banes, the then-leader of the CD/R Union, fired its leader, Peter Snell, for his right-wing and authoritarian views. Jarek Corrin was appointed general secretary of the CCOS in October 3025 and has joined a petition to have them included on the national electoral ballot paper at the next general election.

== The five points for order & stability ==

* Four-year electoral terms, removing the "vote of no confidence" power from the National Assembly
* A new industrial strategy, with a fully state-managed economic approach to recovery
* Boost birth rate by incentivising parenthood
* The first duty of the citizen is to find employment, which the state shall support
* Agricultural industry should be maintained

== The central committee composition ==
The Central Committee for Order and Stability (CCOS) is comprised of six committee members.

* Peter Snell, president & constitution spokesperson
* Jarek Corrin, general secretary & domestic affairs spokesperson
* LouLou Corrin, administrator and secretary
* Helena Jahnke, finance spokesperson & agriculture spokesperson
* Peter Jens-Stadden, german-rights spokesperson
* Henrietta Saville, security & foreign policy spokesperson

While Peter Snell, the original leader of the central committee, retains the title of president, this is an honorary position. It is the position of the CCOS that, should they gain power, Peter Snell would take over the role of governor-general. Meanwhile, the leadership and management of the party is held by Jarek Corrin, as general secretary, and his wife, LouLou Corrin, as chief administrator.

Other central committee members include Helena Jahnke, who joined the party to advocate for protection of the agricultural industry, Peter Jens-Stadden, who represents german speakers and the Wiltshirian identity, and Henrietta Saville, who leads on foreign and security policy.
